Elot can apply certification procedures and systems (e.g. ISO certification system). As amended by law 1682 / 1997 and presidential decree 155 / 1997 on the integration and regulation of Greek company standardization organization, decree 372 / 76 on the establishment and operation of elot entrusts elot to carry out the development of certification activities. According to the ministerial resolution "certification procedure of standardization organization of Greek companies" signed by the Ministry of development, elot can apply the certification procedure and system (e.g. ISO certification system). Under this procedure, elot grants the certification certificate, which is called elot certification certificate, indicating that the product, procedure, behavior, organization, system and individual meet the specification requirements.
