CE certification

CE mark is a safety certification mark, which is regarded as the passport opened by the manufacturer and entered the European market. CE stands for European unification. All products with "CE" mark can be sold in EU member states without meeting the requirements of each member state, so as to realize the free circulation of goods within EU Member States.

ROHS certification

RoHS is a mandatory standard formulated by EU legislation. Its full name is the restriction of hazardous substances. The standard has been officially implemented since July 1, 2006. It is mainly used to standardize the material and process standards of electronic and electrical products, so as to make it more conducive to human health and environmental protection. The purpose of this standard is to eliminate lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (Note: the correct Chinese name of PBDE refers to polybrominated diphenyl ethers, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers are wrong) in motor and electronic products, and focuses on the requirement that the content of Lead shall not exceed 0.1%.

Ukca certification

The British government announced the launch of a new conformity mark ukca (representing the British conformity assessment). When certain products such as automobiles, aerospace, pharmaceutical products, medical devices, chemicals, and articles subject to national regulations (uncoordinated articles) are sold in the UK market after brexit, EU specifications and compliance marks will not be allowed to continue to be used.

System certification

System certification refers to the third-party evaluation of the enterprise's management system or products through a third-party organization. The institution must be independent and impartial. The international standardization activity of system certification first began in the electronic field. In 1906, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the world's earliest international standardization organization, was established. The work in other technical fields was originally undertaken by the International Federation of the national standardization associations (ISA), established in 1926, focusing on mechanical engineering. Isa's work ended in 1942 due to World War II. In 1946, representatives from 25 countries met in London and decided to establish a new international organization with the purpose of promoting international cooperation and the unification of industrial standards. As a result, ISO, the general name of system certification, was officially established on February 23, 1947, with its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. ISO published the first standard in 1951 - standard reference temperature for industrial length measurement.

Reliability test

In today's society, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The focus of competition among brand enterprises is not only limited to the function and appearance of products, but also the product quality and reliability are paid more and more attention by the market and customers. In recent years, ring through testing has increased investment in environmental test equipment and equipped with various environmental test equipment. By using various environmental test equipment to simulate the temperature and humidity changes in the climatic environment, accelerate and stimulate the possible failure of the product in the service environment, so as to verify whether it meets the expected quality objectives in R & D, design and manufacturing, and provide overall evaluation for the product to determine the reliability life of the product.

Energy efficiency certification

ERP directive stipulates that energy consuming products included in the implementation measures must be affixed with CE mark before they can enter the EU market. Before obtaining the CE mark, the manufacturer or its authorized representative shall take measures to ensure that the products have passed the conformity assessment in accordance with the contents and procedures of the implementation measures specification, prepare the technical documents related to product conformity assessment, and issue the EC declaration of conformity.

Chemical detection

RoHS is a mandatory standard formulated by EU legislation, which is mainly used to regulate the material and process standards of electronic and electrical products. Control the content of harmful substances in motor and electronic products to make it more conducive to human health and environmental protection.

CB certification

CB system (IEC system for qualification test and certification of electrical products) is an international system operated by IECEE. The certification bodies of IECEE member states test the safety performance of electrical products based on IEC standards, and the test results, namely CB test report and CB test certificate, are mutually recognized in IECEE member states. The purpose is to reduce international trade barriers arising from the need to meet the certification or approval criteria of different countries. IECEE is the abbreviation of the organization for qualification testing and certification of electrical products of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

C-tick certification

C-tick certification is an EMC certification project in Australia The laboratory shall provide the c-tick test report, and then the Australian importer shall register with the c-tick test report.

SAA certification

Introduction to Australian SAA certification SAA Standards Australia International Limited is the only standards certification body in Australia. The organization was established in 1922 as the federal Engineering Standards Association of Australia and renamed the Australian Standards Association in 1929.

Energy efficiency certification (MEPs)

MEPs - minimum energy performance standards The energy consumption performance of electronic and electrical products has attracted more and more attention of ordinary consumers. All over the world, there are requirements for energy consumption of electronic and electrical products. Testing & Certification Australia has also recently launched MEPs certification for the Australian market. The energy consumption requirements of the Australian government include energy consumption labels and minimum energy consumption standards (MEPs).

CQC certification

CQC is the national certification body (NCB) that represents China's accession to the multilateral mutual recognition (CB) system of the International Electrotechnical Commission's organization for testing and certification of electrical products (IECEE), the national certification body that has joined the international certification Alliance (IQNet) and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), the international mutual recognition business between CQC and many well-known certification bodies abroad, and extensive international exchanges, CQC has won a good international image.
