EVPU certification process
1. Initial consultation
The applicant shall provide a brief introduction of the enterprise and a description of the current situation of the product to be certified, such as product model, name, parts list, drawings, working principle diagram, technical parameter list, instructions for use, etc.
2. Sign agency contract
The client (applicant) and the agent (international certification online) sign an agency contract to further clarify the responsibilities, rights and obligations of both parties in the form of a written contract, so as to ensure close cooperation between both parties in the application process, so that the application can be carried out smoothly and achieve the expected purpose. 3. Formal application form and structural parameter table
This is an important document for applying for EVPU. The applicant can provide relevant information and entrust us to translate and fill in it. After being signed and sealed by the applicant, it will be sent back to the official of EVPU.
4. Application confirmation
After receiving the formal application form and structural parameter form, our official will formally confirm the application in writing within about 2-3 weeks, and send invoices, factory inspection questionnaires and other materials.
5. Sample delivery
When the EVPU application is confirmed, it will inform the specific sample delivery requirements and the relevant standards on which the test is based. We can assist the applicant to obtain relevant standards and clarify all relevant test items, test methods, etc. After the completion of the sample, the sample must be sent to the laboratory safely and accurately by express mail according to the standard requirements for testing.
(1) once all the test items pass, our engineer will inform the applicant in time.
(2) the inspection results may also be defective. For some minor defects, our project engineer communicates with EVPU's official laboratory. As long as it is slightly corrected, there is no need to send samples again, and EVPU can issue certificates.
(3) when there are important defects in the test results, our project engineer will discuss the reasons for the failure with the applicant. If necessary, please ask EVPU official laboratory to send back the failed samples for reference and analysis. After the sample is modified and improved, go through the re inspection procedures and send the sample again until it is qualified. If the samples are sent again within six months, the cost of retesting will be much lower.
6. Issue certificates
If the sample test is qualified, the EVPU official will timely inform the customer of the results, and the EVPU certificate will be issued soon.
