SIRIM certification
SIRIM is the only organization in Malaysia to guide certification. Any factory or company can apply to SIRIM and review and obtain recognition according to the recognized standards under the product certification system. These certifications are voluntary, but in many cases, mandatory certification will be required at the request of government management·
Written information on the certification process is available upon request·
CB certificates and test reports can be submitted for the following qualifications:
·Domestic or foreign manufacturers; or
·Agent authorized by the manufacturer

After receiving the above documents, the quotation of application fee and factory inspection fee will be notified

Samples are not required if not required
The first factory inspection must comply with the product certification system. Once it meets the requirements, a certificate will be issued·
The certificate is valid for one year. In order to ensure the renewal of the certificate, the annual inspection must be carried out
Market supervision is also implemented at the same time·
Subsequent sample testing may occur·
The complaint and appeal NCB shall be submitted in writing to the general manager of SIRIM QAS certification and inspection service department
